A Simple Breathing Meditation

A Breathing Meditation…

Find a quiet place to be still for a little while.
Sit or lie down. Have all limbs uncrossed to allow the flow to resonate.

Slowly, Come to a place of stillness…focus your mind and body on breathing…breathing in peace…breathing out joy and love…breathing in…breathing out…focusing on bringing in the breath to reach in as a bubble…tracing the bubble inside the body…beginning with each of the toe…see the toes begin to feel relaxed…onto the bottom n top of each foot…the bubble is travelling up the ankles and they become relaxed…the legs n knees n hips are next…all the lower limbs are at peace…the bubble travels to the bottom n tummy n chest are breathing the relaxation…the fingers n arms n elbows are relaxed…breathing in n breathing out…the shoulders are relaxed…the neck is relaxed…the mouth n nose is relaxed…the eyes n ears are relaxed…peaceful bubbling vibrations reach around the body and now it is relaxed…calmness envelopes the body…let the body rest for a few moments in this feeling of pure joy and peace.

Slowly, bring the body back to life…bringing with you the sense of joy and peace. Thanking the body for all it endures and presenting the body with the newness of vitality awakened.
