husk the corn…
remove all the outer husks and strings.

then drop them into a hot bath of equal amounts of milk n water plus a stick of butter.
Let it boil and turn down the heat to allow them took until tender.

Let them cool a bit…

then take the corn off the cob…
place the cob on a small bowl inside a big bowl and cut off the corn
or use a grating tool to get the corn off the cob.

place 2 cups in a bag for freezing.

Note…great heated up for corn casserole, stews, soups, or on its own…enjoy.
